The building, constructed between 1894 and 1926, was originally a site for the production of alcohol. It was acquired early on by Ciorcelli family. This family from Vercelli but of Russion origins transformed the building into a center of textile production. Architecturally, the building has maintained its industrial origins and the atmpsphere has vaguely english flavour.
